Has your Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa been refused? Would you like to appeal against it?

How We Can Help You With A Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa Refusal Appeal

If you have received a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa refusal, YDVISAS can assist with your appeal and will get all the paperwork ready and represent you before the tribunals.

YDVISAS has processed many successful appeals for a variety of applications and our immigration experts work with passion and diligence on every case. We have proven experience in complex and difficult appeal cases. For example, we have succeeded in recent appeal cases over the lack of documents or having incorrect documents for the Tier 1 Entrepreneur points-based system.

As winners of ‘Best Immigration Law Firm in the UK’ for 2016, we are proud to offer our clients a first rate service and a transparent fee structure with no hidden charges or extra costs.

Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa Refusals

Many Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa applications, and particularly in-country applications, have been refused especially since July 2012, when the rules started to become more complex.

There is supposed to be a principle of “evidential flexibility” that Home Office caseworkers should apply. For example, if a document is in an incorrect format or one document in a series is missing, they may contact the applicant and request a corrected document or the missing document. However it seems clear that, in many cases, they do not do so.

Our Point Of Difference

At YDVISAS we have extensive experience and success in preparing appeals and advocacy services. We offer clients a seamless service throughout the entire process, from taking initial instructions through to the final appeal hearing. Crucially, as OISC level 3 advisers, we are entitled to provide advocacy before both the First-Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal.

We respond very quickly to incoming enquiries, and can take instructions and prepare appeals and applications rapidly against deadlines.

We can arrange to meet at either at our central or west London office or a place of your choice. Our staff and advisers are fluent in a number of foreign languages, including Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and Indian (Hindi, Gujarati etc).
